Art Room Expectations
-
Greetings Crivitz Students and Families,
In my classroom there are 3 simple rules: BE KIND, BE SAFE, and BE RESPONSIBLE.
Our school rules are Respect Yourself, Respect Others, and Respect Property. See the table below for how this applies to the art room.
Respect Yourself
Respect Others
Respect the School
Be responsible: Turn in assignments completed and on time.
Always do your best work..
Cheating, swearing, and foul language will not be tolerated.
Work quietly.
Be cooperative.
Do not distract or disturb other.s
Bullying, physical aggression, name calling, and gossiping will not be tolerated.
Clean up after yourself.
Do not misuse supplies.
Follow the school rules in hallways, bathrooms, and other areas.
Vandalism and theft will not be tolerated.
Failure to follow the school and classroom rules or acting in a manner that could endanger another student is not permissible. Consequences for not displaying proper behavior could include detentions, suspensions, or worse. Please be sure to discuss proper classroom behavior at home.
Grades: All students in Art will be graded on their daily behavior and the effort that they apply. If a student comes to class on time, does their best work, and is not a behavior problem, then they can expect to receive a good grade in Art. Failure to participate or follow the rules will lower their grade.
If there are questions about the above information, please call me at (715) 854-2721 extension 470 so that we can discuss your concerns.
Sincerely,
Ms. Klitzke
